Your name, contact details, professional details and payment status, plus any verification documents you upload.

2. Why

To manage your registration, issue badges and certificates, and send essential congress information. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in.

3. Documents

Student and resident documents are stored privately, seen only by the secretariat, and deleted 90 days after the congress.

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing the secretariat.
