1. Payment

Registration is confirmed when payment is received in full. Bank transfers must arrive within 10 days of booking or the reservation is released.

2. Cancellation by delegates

Cancellations received in writing by 15 December 2026 are refunded minus a $30 administration fee. Between 16 December 2026 and 5 February 2027, 50% is refunded. After 5 February 2027 no refund is possible, but you may transfer your registration.

3. Transfers

You can transfer your registration to another person free of charge up to 7 days before the congress.

4. Workshops

Workshop fees are refundable until 5 February 2027. Places are limited and allocated in order of payment.

5. Cancellation by the organiser

If the congress is cancelled or postponed, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to the new dates. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
