Good to know
Payments, refunds & invoices
- Pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Receipts are issued instantly.
- Cancellations received in writing by 15 December 2026 are refunded minus a $30 administration fee. Between 16 December 2026 and 5 February 2027, 50% is refunded. After 5 February 2027 no refund is possible, but you may transfer your registration.
- Institutions can request an invoice with a VAT/tax ID at checkout. Groups of 10+ save 10%.
Will I receive CME credits?+
Accreditation for up to 18 CME credits has been applied for. Certificates are issued digitally after the congress.
How do I get the member price?+
Enter the email linked to your ASRTM membership on the registration page. You can also join during registration and the member price applies straight away.
What counts as proof for the Student & Resident Pass?+
A valid student card, or a letter from your programme director confirming you are a resident or fellow. Upload it as a PDF or photo when you register.
Can I attend a workshop without a congress pass?+
No. Workshops are open to delegates with a Full Congress Pass or a Student & Resident Pass.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?+
Yes, free of charge, up to 7 days before the congress. Contact the secretariat with both names.
