Biography
Dr. Mei-Ling Chen is Head of Cell Quality Assurance at Formosa BioCell Laboratories, Taipei. Dr. Chen's work centres on quality control, release testing and AI-assisted manufacturing records. They lead a multidisciplinary team and teach on postgraduate courses across the region. At ICRT 2027, Dr. Chen presents “Quality control in the clinic: what to measure, record and report”.
